The alignment system consists of various pressing and pulling bridges, hydraulic support and lifting trestles, anchors, and various connecting chains. This is where truck frames as well as trailers and bodies can be aligned.
A positive connection of the different parts is established via a cemented-in foundation frame that is level with the floor.
Additionally, a mobile induction warming device (Fig) enables alignment of axles and vehicle frames. Due to fast and focussed flameless material warming the damage to plastic cable and pipes is avoided. Dismantling is not necessary, which means that charging times are significantly shorter. |

To a large extent driving safety of a utility vehicle is based on correctly adjusted chassis geometry. Using our JOSAM laser measuring we can make all relevant adjustments to the chassis. Toe and camber corrections can be executed on the solid axle.
We recommend checking the chassis geometry every 6 months. This measure increases the profitability of your vehicles by minimizing fuel consumption and tire wear. |

DAF TRUCKS has equipped their responsible service locations with DAVIE XD diagnostic devices for fast diagnosis and defect resolution on electronically fitted vehicles. One of the most important characteristics of DAVIE XD diagnostic devices is the connection to the vehicle via radio waves. With these devices we can quickly and safely perform function checks, fault diagnosis, and repairs of DAF vehicles, or regulate all parameters of your vehicle.

In the legally specified safety inspection not only is the brake system examined in precise detail, but all chassis components that are relevant for driving safety are also examined.
A properly executed safety inspection gives the vehicle operator a high level of security, damages to the brakes and chassis can frequently be detected in an early stage, so that expensive consequential measures can be avoided by timely intervention.

To ensure permanent, perfect function of the air conditioning system, components like compressor, condenser, vaporiser, and expansion valve, must be serviced regularly. Because the air conditioning system works under constant pressure its components are subject to a natural wear process.
In order to prevent contamination of the vaporiser through fungi and bacteria, it should also be serviced regularly.

Tolls have been levied in Germany since the 1st of January 2005. The heart of the automatic toll levy is the on-board unit which is installed in the truck. The obligatory toll transport network is stored in the on-board unit.
We can install the on-board unit as Toll Collect Service Partner. The devices are made available free of charge and remain the property of Toll Collect. The vehicle owner is responsible for the installation costs.
